The late Dr. Weems founded this business with his nephew Tristan Hannah in early 2023. Dr. Weems was a licensed clinical professional counselor and certified as a mental illness and substance abuse specialist. His career in mental health and social services spans more than 30 years, with 25 years in executive leadership roles. He was the Founder, President, and CEO of PsyCynergy Psychological Services, a comprehensive community-based Medicaid-certified behavioral health outpatient center. He was also the Executive Director of Youth and Family Services at Thornton Township, the largest township in the State of Illinois, serving over 200,000 residents. Dr. Weems leaves a lasting legacy, including his son Jos Weems, his nephew Tristan Hannah, and countless others.
